Hebrew University of Jerusalem?

Hi! I’m a junior at an american high school and I’ve been looking at the Hebrew University of Israel (specifically the Mechina program). I have some questions about the program for people who are attending/ have attended:
What classes do people take while in the program, and how difficult are the classes? What are the dorms like? What is the social life like at the school, and would you say people are friendly? How hard is it to get into the program and do you feel like you’re getting a good education, or at least you’re getting your money’s worth? Would I have a chance of getting in the program with a 3.9/ 4.3 Gpa (u.w./w.) and top 10% of my class?
Thank you!!

Edit: I’m also interested in the Foundation Year program
