I JUST sent in my ACT transcript to the UC System in California. I was pretty sure that i had requested for my scores to be sent to them directly through the ACT organization back in October but about an hour ago I was checking if i had been accepted to UCI. Instead, I saw that my transcript hadn’t even been received. I"M FREAKING OUT. WHAT DO I DO? I’m going to call them tomorrow and explain the situation but is it almost an absolute that i’m going to be rejected from all the UC’s i applied to? (their ACT/SAT deadlines were back in December)
I would say yes. You should have checked sooner. If you have proof that you requested them to be sent timely, then contact them with that. There is always the chance too that they were received and the portal screen is wrong…
How would i prove that?
You should have gotten a reciept from CB listing the schools you sent the ACT to and if you log into your account, it should still be there. I would email or fax that information over to all the schools. Since the majority of decisions are in the process of being announced or have been announced, it may be too late but you can only try.
