<pre><code>Hi! Thank you all for giving your time in helping me achieve my quest for college acceptance, it means a lot to me . ill start with telling you about myself .

<p>GPA : w 3.2 uw 3.0 </p>

<p>SAT : SAT Test CR 730 Math 600 Writing 560 </p>

<p>AP: AP EURO, APUSH (senior year will be taking AP ART History ,AP BIO, and Honors Biotech ) </p>

<p>Athletics: Pole vault 2 years (10,11 grade) Varsity for 11,(hopefully 12 to) grade and planning on doing it for senior year
too to bring it up to 3 years . will prob make Team captain (If i make varsity). </p>

<p>EC: Secretary of a club with 60+ members , Played clarinet for 6 years and volunteer at my school library .(Not sure if it counts ) </p>

<p>Not sure if it matters but I live in California .</p>

<p>Now for the colleges im applying to . </p>

<p>University of Connecticut</p>

<p>San Jose State University </p>

<p>Michigan State University </p>

<p>University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign</p>

<p>Penn State University college park </p>

<p>Purdue University-Main Campus</p>

<p>University of Minnesota-Twin Cities </p>

<p>Ohio University-Main Campus</p>

<p>Ohio state university-Columbus</p>

<p>If I don’t have a safety’s can you suggest me some it would help A LOT. My major that I want to purse is Microbiology / Immunology or Molecular Biology and eventually into Virology (Masters and PHD). If you want i will "Chance " you ,though keep in mind i doubt that i have any qualifications to guess if you will be accepted or not . </p>

<p>So your sat scored are pretty good for the schools you have listed with exception to writing. I don’t know much about San Jose university, those scored are around average a little above average at most of those schools. Your GPA is a little low which is why I don’t think any of those schools are safeties. Purdue is reach as is university of Illinois Urbana . Penn state and Michigan state could be ballpark but I don’t know how competitive their biology programs are. Uconn is a reach. Ohio state is a low reach as well. None of these schools are super reaches they would be ballparks if not safety if it wasn’t for your GPA hope this helps!</p>
