<p>Xavier is near Cincinnati, OH, and it is a fairly good school. Made it to the elite eight in the NCAA tournament a couple years ago, too…</p>

<p>If you are referring to US News rankings, its because you’re looking at the wrong category. I think they have it as a Master’s university, not a national university or LAC. (It’s the 2nd best in the Midwest) </p>

<p>is the historically black college xavier in louisiana considered a good school? I just heard of the one in Ohio today (i thought they were one and the same)</p>

<p>It’s so fun to get into a threat of a university nobody knows. The name Xavier is suspicious, I bet it’s a Jesuit School.</p>
