HELOC loan and FAFSA/CSS

Paying for College Financial Aid (Need-Based, Merit Aid, Loans)

Does anyone know if the proceeds of a HELOC loan needs to be reported on the FAFSA and/or CSS Profile? I am assuming not, but wanted to check. Specifically referring to reporting as income/untaxed income – not worried about reporting it as an asset.
