Oh, I’m sorry, you’re white. I’m afraid you have no chance at anywhere you apply to.

Kidding, but you’re application seems to be nothing special. It is good you are kind of realistic in your choice of schools, although Vanderbilt and Chicago may be out of your league. Adcoms don’t give a **** about mission trips to far away lands, some say they look down upon such activities, and Eagle Scout does not receive as much recognition as you think it would.

The sports you did are not significant at all because you did a slew of random sports instead of choosing one and focusing on it enough to become varsity, so those give you no advantage.

Don’t put anything from middle school on your application, that’s just lame.

There isn’t any focus that can be discerned from the rest of your application, and you don’t have solid academics to fall back on.

You have an okay chance at some of the schools on your list with high acceptance rates, slim chances at U of C and at Vandy.

I’d give you good chances at every school except Vandy and UChic. Being a fella will help at the LACs you listed.

I think that one thing that will really work against you at schools like Vanderbilt and U. Chicago are that you aren’t taking the most rigorous courses available (you said that you took mostly regular classes your freshmen year, and reg pre calc and reg chem your junior year). Colleges want to see that you are challenging yourself the most that you possibly can. Otherwise, I think that you have a pretty good chance at the other schools that you listed.
