And, some gratuitous law school advice. Don’t go straight through from undergrad to law school. Take one (and preferably two or more) years off in between to get some professional work experience. The legal job market in both the public and private sectors has become brutal, and starts the moment you set foot in the door. Students who go straight through from college are often at a disadvantage as compared with their classmates who come into law school with work experience.
