We do not understand your question.

The meaning of unconditional acceptance is
The University agrees to accept you join in 2012 compared to levels required in the SAT and TOEFL
If he can bring the student grades was accepted

Okay, I think I understand the question. You’re asking whether any of these universities do conditional acceptance — i.e. “We will accept this student a year from now on the condition that his TOEFL and SAT scores are up to a certain level after a year of studying English as a Second Language in the US,” correct? I personally don’t know whether any of these universities do conditional acceptances, though I’m inclined to say that they don’t. I would recommend contacting the respective schools’ admissions offices and asking them yourself.

i don’t believe any of them offer conditional acceptance.
you are from saudi arabia, so you don’t know, but elite american universities run admissions on totally different systems than other countries. i.e. I know Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham, etc. all offer conditional acceptance, but they are all HEAVILY based on test scores (A-levels). US universities do not have such limited admissions systems.

Also all the universities you’ve listed will require you to do extracurriculars, and not only school work.
