Help: An error on my Supplement B form

Colleges & Universities Duke University

On the supplement B form, the check mark for the Trinity College was marked accidently instead of the Pratt School of Engineering which is where I want to apply. Is it possible to contact admissions to correct the mistake? Where would I find this information?

Well if it was Pratt on all the other forms and Trinity on just that one, I’m sure they would understand and probably call you. If not… I guess your stuck in Trinity FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS

It’s only Trinity on that counselor form, so should I try to contact them instead of waiting for them to contact me?
