Help an International Student Plan His Gap Year

Hello all, I’m an international student who spent one year as an exchange student in the U.S. My exchange experience was so rewarding that I decided to apply to the colleges in the U.S. So I’m already accepted into one of my top choice college and I would like to defer it for a year. I have the following objectives that I want to achieve during my gap year:

Polish my American English accent, learn to communicate effectively in English, immerse in American culture. Because speaking better English will give me more confidence for me to seek out opportunities during my college years.

Join a dance group and dance like 4,5 hours a day for maybe 3 to 4 months. I just started dancing and fall in love with it. I mainly do hip-hop and break dance.

Gaining real world experience/patience from working in the most menial jobs, such as burger flipper, car washer or street cleaner. Or maybe even become a salesman or something like that.

Now is the challenging part: I have contacted some college consultant for taking a gap year, but all they can recommend is to be associate with some gap year organizations. Unfortunately, none of any gap year association will satisfy all of my three objectives. So I was wondering if parents here have any recommendations for me? Like where can I seek out these opportunities and what organizations should I look into. Thank you so much!

Bump, and advice will be appreciated.
