<p>My friend just applied to SIUC (Southern Illinois University at Carbondale). His grades were pretty bad, 2.7 gpa and a 21 on the act. But southern is very very easy to get into. My other friend got in with a 2.5 gpa and a 20 on the act. But my question is, does he still have a good chance of getting in considering he applied so late?? they have rolling admission</p>

<p>If it’s rolling admission, then the lateness of the app shouldn’t matter. Whether you’d be able to start in the Fall or not… In any case, I think you’re fine.</p>
