Turn your completed application in by this date and we will mail your decision letter on December 15th.Your completed application includes: your application, $50 nonrefundable application fee (or qualified fee waiver for SC residents only), and all credentials, such as official high-school transcript(s) and official test scores sent directly from the testing service.

This is for University of South Carolina. I thought that I could submit my application and turn in scores/rec. letters/transcript in the coming week or two because I’ve had some teachers look over my app. Will they delay my application to regular decision if I send it without one of these things, or wait? Collegeboard can send my SAT scores(680 M, 640 CR, 720 W) by Wednesday, but my ACT Score(31) will take time to send since the Writing still has to be scored, and I much rather would have my ACT considered over SAT. I think my guidance counselor told me that to make certain deadlines that I had to turn in my stuff before September 17th or something for students who want to make a certain deadline though I’m not COMPLETELY sure. It’s either December 15th or March 15th, I’m wondering if I should get my teachers to send these letters and my guidance counselor my transcript by Wednesday(and whether I want to pay $27 extra for Collegeboard to at least my app is complete since they have some official scores to look at) if I HAVE to. I’m not late or in a bad position, I’m just wondering if I can still get this application in time for Early Answer.
