Help! Can't send gmail using Mac, iPhone.

<p>This just happened today. I googled, checked all my settings (port, password, imap), changed my password, tried almost everything I could find online. I can received, but can’t send. I can send via web browser, so I know my acct and PW are correct.</p>

<p>Could it be my ISP won’t allow smtp.gmail.com to send emails? My iphone is on ATT and my laptop is with another provider.</p>

Now both of my devices are working. Does anyone know why?</p>
