Looking at your ECs, I’m wondering if design engineering, or some other major that focuses on the more user-centered aspects of product design, would actually be your preference over MechE? I see that you have listed design engineering at one school (Brown).

It definitely is, yes. Unfortunately it’s a hard major to find, especially in schools that offer 100% of demonstrated need to international admits

Most of the MechE programs have design concentrations, prod dev minors, etc. So that was kinda my thought process there
