Help? Confused H.S. Senior

<p>Hi, my name is Dan. I was wondering what colleges I should look at.</p>

<p>A.C.T. Score </p>

<p>30 – Math
27 – English
29 – Reading
24 – Science</p>

<p>28 – Composite (This was my first try. I only did about two weeks study. I’m going to retake.)</p>

<p>I most likely got a 3 or above on my A.P U.S. History Test</p>

<p>GPA 3.52</p>

<p>Class Rank 13/62</p>

<p>I’m just an above average student looking for a solid college to study Computer Science or Business. </p>

<p>I would like to go to college in Illinois.</p>

<p>UIUC has a reputation around where I live of being a tough school. I’m not a super brain. Based on my test scores would UIUC be a highly demanding college for me.</p>

<p>Of all the wonderful colleges in Illinois, UIUC is NOT the one whose workload you need to be concerned about.</p>

<p>I’d say apply to UIUC, a safety (Loyola/Depaul/SIU) and either Northwestern or Chicago as a reach.</p>

<p>What about IIT or Knox? What about Bradley? Are these schools to consider?</p>
