Help deciding between girls boarding schools!

Hello! My daughter applied to and was accepted into several nice northeast girls boarding schools (Miss Halls, Emma Willard, Westover, Stoneleigh Burnham) and we really like what we know of each one. Mainly we are looking for progressive, strong academics, inspiring teachers and a kind community. I would appreciate hearing of personal experiences with any of these schools so we will have more knowledge and insight to make an informed decision (very soon!).

On a side note, If anyone is interested in all girls boarding schools, I would highly recommend any of these! We were really impressed by all of them!

Hi! I see you posted a while ago, not sure if you’ve already made a decision but just in case….here is my feedback.

My daughter is a current sophomore at Stoneleigh-Burnham. We are incredibly happy with the school. The warm, supportive environment is the top benefit from my perspective. That, combined with the small classes, has really led to her having a marked increase in confidence. I unreservedly recommend the school!
