Help Denied last year and want to apply again!

<p>Hello, I applied to Frostburg State University last year for the 2012-2013 School year. I had graduated with Honor-Roll all four years in high school and also took 5 years of Chinese!. The down part was me being suspended multiple times and I explained what had happened and even had letters of recomendation. I was denied and appealed the denial…Again…I was denied:/. What should I do?</p>

<p>Just go to a CC and transfer. They aren’t likely to accept you if nothing has changed.</p>

<p>If I went to a CC for the Spring, then transfer for next Fall, would that help?</p>
