<p>Why do you want creat potential problems for yourself? Make it 500 words. It will be a better essay if you cut out the b.s. that is always present in any writing.</p>

<p>It might seem like it’s impossible to cut back, but you have to be ruthless… I never thought I’d get mine down, but I did (they were still over, but not as much as they had been) … I’d say try not to go more than 50 words over.</p>
