I uploaded my parents’ tax returns for Princeton and I thought that their W-2 was already included on the tax returns. However, for IDOC it says that the w-2 were not included so I uploaded them on to the IDOC. I emailed Princeton about this since there is a possibility that the W-2 were not included. But, its been 3 days and I didn’t hear back. Should I call them? I know I screwed up badly…will this affect the aid given?
No, I don’t think you messed anything up. Princeton is need blind, they won’t go over the details to award aid unless you are accepted so you have time. Communication is key so call them & ask if they have what they need. Usually they will tell you via email or your portal if they need something. They are getting their ducks in a row in case you are accepted, then they will be ready to assess & award aid. Always better to call than email, by the way. Good luck!
