Help! Have I any chances?

I’m a junior from the Midwest, I go to a Catholic high school.
I have a 3.9
5th in my class of 180
projected 29-32 on ACT
50 hours of service a year
Model UN
Forensics
AP in all of the following: Gov, US History, Euro History, Lit, Psych
Strong English student

Can you please give me a candid idea as to the chances I have at the following schools?

Georgetown
BC
University of Wisconsin, Madison
McGill
William and Mary
UVA
Vanderbilt

UMass-Amherst
American

Please help me; I don’t know if I’m being too unrealistic about my capabilities as a student!

You should be OK at UMass. BC and Georgetown are iffy. I don’t know much about the others. But good luck.

Can your family afford to send you to an OOS school? Vandy and UVA will meet need, UW will give you nothing beyond Federal FA.

Without the ACT I can’t say. ECs are weak. GPA and rank are really strong. ACT isn’t that strong (compare dto waht GTown, UVA, and Vandy want to see).

Get your ACT to a 32, 33 and I can see you getting into 1 or 2 of those 3 schools.
Same with WM, BC, etc

Financial aid is not an issue

U Mass and American would be target. The others seem like reach esp if ACT is 29.
