Here is my story, I got a parking ticket at like 10:40 and 11:30 I bought a semester parking permit before I even knew about my ticket. The reason I didn’t buy a day pass is because I knew I would get a semester pass that day. So basically I got a ticket on 7/6 and bought a semester pass on 7/6 before even knowing I had a parking ticket. Is this valid enough information to contest?</p>
<p>It should be. Go directly to your parking services/transportation services office and ask to contest the ticket. Show them the pass purchase date (if you have a receipt, bring it) and show them the ticket. You should be able to contest the ticket no problem.</p>
