Help!! I just need somebody(to accept me ;)) ... Help!!

Hi
I am from India. I want to do a major in Neuroscience and Computers. Do I have a chance???
I am sure my essays are going to be fantastic. Why? I gave them 1.5 years of thought. My recs are in the process now … they’ll be top-notch too … my Physics teacher loves my research on neural networks and my English teacher for my recent play. So … CHANCE ME!!! As accepted or rejected. And also do mention some safety schools if all my given schools appear ridiculously out-of-reach. Thanks in advance.

Come on!!! Reply!!! Please!!

Good chance, but not definite cuz its not definite for anybody. Apply to more than one school and u’ll probably get in somewhere good

are you international? do you need fin aid?

You will be a very competitive candidate, but if the answer to both of my questions is “yes”, it will make it harder for you.

There are several schools that are need-blind for internationals (Harvard, Dartmouth, Amherst, Williams are a few). You should add them to your list.

Your list of accomplishments is astounding, but I agree with the three previous posts:

 1. Being International+finaid will make it much more difficult
 2. apply to a range of schools

In addition, look at schools that are need-blind for internationals or consider moving to the USA for applications :D

stanford is not need-blind?
(sry this doesn’t answer the question, but i’m jst a bit surprised)

It is need-blind, but only for domestic applicants. For international applicants, not so much.
