Help improving EC's?

<p>I am a Junior
I am looking at schools like Yale, MIT, Brown, etc.
I hope to major in bio, possibly biomedical engineering.</p>

<p>My current EC’s are
*Field hockey for school - JV Captain 10, Varsity Captain
*Club Field hockey
*Lacrosse for school - will try for captain
*NHS - will try for President
*Spanish Honor Society
*Tri-M Music Honor Society
*Math tutoring volunteer
*Peer Pals - will try for vice president
*Green Team - will try for co-president
*All County Orchestra
*Chamber Orchestra
*SAT prep tutor
*Girl Scouts
*Summer Internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview doing biomed research (hopefully)</p>

<p>How can I make these better for really selective schools?</p>

<p>How about doing bio-medical research for Siemens Competition? MIT highly values girls doing research, especially those who become semifinalists or finalists in research competitions.</p>
