<p>I am from Ghana in Africa and the colleges I am applying to include Yale, Stanford, Amherst, Brown, Williams and some other top colleges.</p>

<p>I am now studying for the Math I and Chemistry Subject Tests. Do I have to take Math II to increase my chances at these top colleges…I am new to most of the concepts on the Math II but conversant with those on the Math I. And my major is Biology which does not really require tough Math.</p>

<p>Can I go with the Math I or study for the Math II. I know I can do better on the Math I.</p>

<p>Yes, I remember the Math II was the one that was required by some colleges in your list. You could check their sites to make sure, of course, but I am almost sure that’s why my son took the Math II test and not Math I.</p>
