Applying to UCs…I explained my situation already to them when there was space to provide an explanation. I had a 1 unit course that was a prerequisite to start a course and was supposed to be done over summer. It was 15 or so hours to complete and I was 3 hours short and the reason why is because the online deadline date said differently than other dates posted previously and other students where confused as well. When I called to ask about why this was shutting me out they said other student had faced the same issues and they would work it out. Never happened and I “failed to complete the course” as it said. So I did what I could to see what was up but nothing ever seemed to transpired from that and they told me I was placed on academic probation. I attended a workshop to get placed out of that but it was to no avail. They endedd up taking me off of it later and punished me by not letting me sign up for classes early like peers in my freshman status. Now I am a sophomore and on my application I have to put Early Start Math as an NC ( not complete) on my transcript. What are your thoughts? How big does this weigh on my transcript?

Background info, I have received no C’s in college so far, lowest grade is a B and I have done extensive extracurriculars on top of my 3.4 GPA. More that 4 internships…including interning at legal aid service, a UC disabilities department, a state assembly campaign this year in my community, being the editor to the paper in high school, and working for the county and teaching 4th grade classrooms about drug and mental health awareness during my senior year.
