My friend just finished the HP book, and she e-mailed me a list of questions that she had about the book, and I was wondering if you guys could help me answer them.

What ever happened to Luna?

What was that weird crying baby thing?

Did Harry’s kids know about his past?

How did Neville get the sword out of the hat if Griphook took it?

Dunno…after she told Harry to get some privacy nothing else happened.

Some weird symbolism I suppose.(I can’t remember)

Most likely but the book doesn’t state it.

I really don’t know, some have suggested that the sword is magically connected to the hat and can be retrieved from it whenever a Gryfinndor shows great courage (or something like that).

JK Rowling said in an interview with Meredith Viera that Luna became a naturalist.

The crying baby was the part of Voldemort that used to be in Harry.

I don’t think so. Albus was really confused as to why everyone was staring at the train station.

The Sword of Gryffindor presents itself to any worthy Gryffindor in their time of need, which is why Harry summoned it from Dumbledore’s office as he fought the basilik and why Neville was able to summon it from Griphook

I agree with all of the above, but want to add on to four.
4. While goblins made the sword, I don’t think they knew all of the magical properties of the sword (neither race respect the other for their magical powers, and I think that power was something that Gryfinndor gave the sword).

I think the kids would have to know something about it, but probably not all the complete details. they probably heard about the fight, but not what a major part their father was.
