I love computer science and want to major and CS and probably another major/minor in a social science (econ psych etc)
Any help is appreciated !
Are you in-state for either Ohio State or Georgia Tech?
Personally I think BC is your best choice. It’s more flexible than GT as its a private school. So you can more easily double major.

Run the numbers carefully, and talk with your parents about what the differences mean.
Check the rules for each of the merit scholarships. What GPA do you need to maintain to keep that scholarship every year?
Look at the specific plan of study for your major(s). How much do they overlap (e.g. would CS classes fulfill math or science requirements for Psych? would Psych classes fulfill social science requirements for CS?). If the two programs are in entirely different divisions of the university, is there anything special you need to do in order to be able to have that kind of double major?
What is your net cost for each? Telling us how much you got off doesn’t help us (or you) reach a logical conclusion.
