You say you’re a dancer first, then actor, then singer so I think it depends on if you want to maintain that or change it. If you don’t have as much training in voice, I would recommend Rider because it’s a BM degree with mostly music and vocal classes. But they also have many levels of dance (6 levels of Ballet! That’s pretty impressive, I think) and the acting training is strong.

I’d like to stay a dancer first, that’s my first passion! Thank you for your response!

You may want to take a close look at UArts’ BFA in Dance program through the School of Dance with a minor in MT through the School of Theatre that provides voice and acting training designed for dance majors.

Rider is transitioning to a BFA degree.

Since dance appears to be what you love, then I would encourage you to talk to Hartt and Ralph Perkins, their dance professor who is extraordinary.Good luck!

My 2 cents - U of Arts.
