Help me find Mr. Right!!

I’m looking for a college that has the following:

An EXCELLENT creative writing program. I have a passion for writing and I really want a school that can help me pursue that.

Near or in a city in the Northeast.

Small classes. I don’t care about the size of the school, just the size of the classes.

School spirit!!!

Other programs I am interested in: Education and History.

THANKSSSSSSSSSSS

Eugene Lang fits #1, 2, 3 and 5. Not sure about their school spirit, though.

Johns Hopkins clearly meets 1, 2, 3; the Writing Seminars program may be the strongest creative writing program in the northeast. However, JHU is not as good a match for 4 (not noted for school spirit, except as regards lacrosse) or 5 (strong in history, but no undergraduate education major or department)
