Help me find reach and saftey schools

Currently I am thinking about majoring in computer science in college or nursing and would really appreciate it if I could get some suggestions. I prefer a larger school with no religious affiliation in the northeast.

Current college list (I also need help deciding which schools to knock off my list)

SUNYs: Stony Brook and University at Buffalo (definitely applying to both because of free tuition)
UIUC
Purdue
Rutgers
Georgia Tech
Virginia Tech
Penn State
University of Pittsburgh

Quick Stats:
GPA: 91 unweighted, 96.7 weighted
Took 1 AP freshman year, 1 AP sophmore year, 2 AP’s junior year, taking 3 APs senior year
Class rank: school does not rank
SAT: 1500 superscore: 1410 (700,710), 1440 (640, 800) Essay: 6/3/6 (IDK how I did so bad)
ECs: not great- member of 2 clubs (10th,11th, 12th), worked during summer (9th and 10th), took 2 college credit classes junior year, ACE mentorship program senior year, computer blog junior and senior yr. (not sure if EC), currently trying to find a job (senior yr)

Ohio State would fit your criteria too.

Cost constraints?

Fortunately my family can pay a decent amount, but I would prefer the cost to be under 30k a year.

Maybe UVA? It may be a bit of a reach though. University of Massachusetts-Amherst also seems to have good programs in both CompSci and Nursing.
