Hi guys! I am trying to apply to NCSU as an early action applicant and I have submitted everything I need. But my counselor has submitted my official transcript yesterday and just submitted counselor recommendation just now. On common app, it says that the counselor recommendation is ‘submitted on 10/16/2016’ and I do not know why… On the other hand, My WOLFPAW account is telling me that I am still missing official transcript from my school. Can I still be considered as an early action applicant? (I have been putting pressure on my counselor to submit my stuff since 2 weeks ago… this is extremely frustrating…)
They probably haven’t gotten around to updating the status of your transcript yet. It’s the weekend. Relax.
They have to download it for it to show up. And they are used to high schools being a little late with some documents. Chill – it is fine.
I don’t know about NCSU but the UNC-CH admissions website says that you only need to have sent in the CA and paid your application fee by 10/15 for EA and the rest can trickle in over the next 2-3 weeks. Check the website.
