I’m applying for civil engineering (minor in engineering management) at berkeley and possibley Umich, but I want to pick between early action stanford or normal decision cornell or normal decision columbia)

Any advice? any retakes necessary? if i apply to stanford early action ther ewill be no time for retakes :S thanksss!

Stanford SCEA seems like a high reach.
Your ethinicity comes into factor.

out of interest, how do i fare with berkeley?
i have a californian citizenship (born in san fran.) but im a residnt in HK

Berkeley wants more and more OOS students now.
Seeing that you are resident in HK and you also acquire a CA citizenship, Berkeley seems like a decent match.

Could you specify your extracurricular activities?
