Help me please

Hey,

I took an SAT and got 1370 on mine. It was the first time i took it.
I also have taken the ACT once and got 17.

I dont know which one is better…

I am planing to take SAT over and after months of practice i have set a 1800 target. But i have not seen any improvement in my scores. Please help me get study tips and or something to use to help me get better score.

With 1370 or 17 ACT. What colleges can i get in to?

Plus my GPA is about 3.1 weighted, thats because i flunked in Freshman year and Sophmore year.

Help me please, I need all the help.

Thank you

For whether the SAT or ACT score is better, check out this site: [Compare ACT and SAT Scores | ACT](http://www.act.org/solutions/college-career-readiness/compare-act-sat/)

Just add together your Reading and Math scores and forget about the Writing section.

To improve your score, I’d identify where your weak spots are. Do you have poor time management? Is there a particular section you struggle with, and why? Take an online practice test or something if you aren’t sure.

To better your Reading section, you should read more and brush up on your vocab. For the Math and MC part of the Writing section, I’d suggest getting an SAT Blue Book or doing practice problems online. For the essay, I’d just look at different prompts and practice answering them within the time limit. They don’t have to be masterpieces; just work on thinking of a good thesis and solid examples to support what you are arguing.

To find good colleges, go to this site: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-search</a>. You can enter your SAT and ACT scores, as well as the location and majors you are interested in.

Thanks for the help but can you tell me college’s i can def get in to?

I’m not an expert but you can never definitely get into a college just by considering your scores.
