There’s not good answer to such a generic question, as “hard” is relative to each person’s credentials.

What you need to do is to go to the websites of these colleges and you should be able to find SAT scores and gpa’s for the middle 50% of the applicants accepted and other admissions data. This will give you an idea of where you stand in their applicant pool. State of residence will not matter to the privates, but it will make UVA harder to get into, so find their OOS admissions stats if possible. I would think your HS counselor would be able to help you with information with the UC’s.

Temple and Drexel are easy to get into. UVa is hard to get into and there is a wide range of California schools.

temple and drexel aren’t too competitive. villanova is competitive (1300+/3.5+), but being from Cal. would probably help you. UVA is tough for OOSers.

temple’s acceptance rate is about 70% so it’s very easy to get in.
drexel’s not too hard either, as long as your grades and scores are at least slightly above average.
villanova is significantly more competative.
