Help me please...

<p>I’m currently going to the local CC but, I wanna transfer to Clemson. I’ve only been attending the CC for almost a semester but, I was wanting to know when would be a good time to transfer and what would I need to do to transfer. I currently have the major of Electronic Engineering Technology at CC and wanna cont. it to Clemson. I’m going part time and currently have a 4.0 GPA. I have never took the SAT or the ACT (messed around in HS and never took, it wished I did now) but, my HS GPA was 3.2. What are my chances if I have any and what do I need to do to achieve my goal? Thanks!</p>
