Ok, due to this thread, bought 2 ivory and 3 turquoise necklaces. Thanks—perfect for folks I have a tough time shopping for: secretary, board member, doctor, etc. Maybe I will keep one too. Nice price with discount.
So glad the discount code worked! I broke down and ordered the ivory. I wear the black all the time.
I have some sensitivities to cheap metal, these necklaces are great because they don’t bother me at all.
@kiddie, they first advertised the Sims Stone Ivory as white. And it looked like pure white when the blogger wore it. I was wanting to wear in the summer with my white jeans, shorts, etc. it came in ivory and I was ticked. I got ahold of the company, nicely voicing my disappointment and made a comment to the blogger also. Anywsym they changed the name to ivory, so I take credit for that. So, what I guess what I’m saying is that I’m not surprised you might have been disappointed with something else.
Got an email from them this morning, apologizing for their poor description (they say they are working to fix their descriptions). They gave me a refund and no need to return the item.
That’s nice, @kiddie. For what it’s worth, I feel bad about forgetting the promo code. It was reported that the code wouldn’t work anymore and I thought it wouldn’t. Apparently, it did and I’m really sorry.
But glad that they resolved the item that was on sale and not right.
Not quite sure where to post this but I ordered two of the Sims Stone necklaces (ivory and turquoise) for $20 each from Accessory Concierge. Turns out they’re not my taste and I don’t really have anyone to gift them to. They arrived just as I was leaving town and the window to return is small and I missed it. Anyone want them? PM me if you’re interested. Hopefully I’m catching the people that were interested in them.
