HELP. My chances are...?

I live in Panama. I’m in 12th grade.
First-time scores:
C. Reading: 610
Math: 690
Writing: 570
Class Rank: 2/91
GPA: 96%
SAT II: Not yet
Extracurricular activities: Social Service, Soccer, Training for the Math, Physics, and Chemistry Olympiads
Counselor Report: Great
Awards: Physics Olympiads (1st place Nationwide)
Chemistry Olympiads (2nd Nationwide)
MAth Olympiads (2nd Nationwide)
I did a wind/solar energy project that won the first place at a local university.

Impressive rank and ECs. But anyway you can improve your SAT scores? I’d say you might have a chance.

UT is so difficult because of the 10% rule - and Texas is so big.

Read the “How UT chooses its (not top 10%) students” thread - this applies to everyone who is not a Texas top 10% kid: out of state kids, international kids.
