<p>I want to use Pitt. as a mid to safe school. What do you think? Do I have a good enough statistics to label it safe?</p>

-I go to a relatively competitive private school in Florida- about 40 to a grade- our school does not rank.
- Unweighted gpa: 3.68
- Weighted gpa: 4.01
- Sat: 640 math, 800 reading, 680 writing- 2120 total
- AP’s:
Language 4
Psychology 5
US History 4
Human Geo. 5
World History 4
Literature next year
European History next year
Almost all my classes where honors or AP
Extracurriculars - Sports: played varsity lacrosse 3 out of 4 years

I’m going to take the Sat’s one more time before applying so hopefully my scores will be higher by that point. Also, my gpa is lower than I want, but it has gone up each year. Last year (11th grade) it was a 3.75uw.
Don’t know if this makes a difference but I’m 25% Native American so can check that, as well as Caucasian, on the college app form. I’m not a member of the tribe, but my father is.
