<p>I just submitted my housing application tonight. I got to step #13 after I hit the submit button, and I received the message that said that my application was submitted. However, right after that point, my computer froze, and I was never able to complete the final step, #14. What happens after step #13? What does it say when you reach step #14? Am I missing something important?</p>
<p>Go back to the site and check to see if your housing application summary is in order. As far as I remember, step 14 is just the final summary and did not require any information to be filled out/submitted.</p>
<p>If you have completed your application, you will have received a confirmatory email from Penn Housing.</p>
