If I’ve taken a class at UC Berkeley during the summer, how do I arrange to transfer the credit? If I’ve got an A, that won’t transfer over right…just the credits? for berkeley it’s a 4 credits.
also, can anyone suggest an easy, interesting, world-relevant science class, for someone who is not much of a “scientist” ie i’m a social policy/internat’l studies major…
YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED :)

What do you mean by world-relevant? Do you want something easy, or something that will make you think? :)

I do want something that makes me think, but I’m really bad at science so am looking for something easy. world-relevant was a stupid adjective to use…i guess i meant a science that is tilted more toward social sciences, if one was to exist. or just something that’s easy would suffice i suppose…

Here are some classes I took:

Biology in the information age
Diversity of life
Highlights of Astro
Milky way galaxy

hah diversity of life is awesome, most people hate it but i thought it was really interesting, NOT an easy A though!!! I took great notes and studied fairly hard and ended up with a B. I’ve heard Modern Cosmology is also a good distro for non-science majors.

In re to Lily’s post… I’ve heard Modern Cosmology is good if you’re good with formulas. If you’re bad with formulas, lectures are still a lot of fun, but the tests aren’t.
But anyways, this is what CTECs are for! And don’t stress too much about this now. Once you’re at school it’ll be easy to find out about classes from upperclassmen.

thanks a lot to everyone who replied!

does anthropology count for a science distro?

Social science, yes.
