Help needed with Entrance Personal Data Form

<p>Hello, fellow Bruins!</p>

<p>I’m an incoming bruin for fall 2006. I have just some questions for anyone who knows how to fill out the Entrance Personal Data Form I have received for my Perkins Loan. What do I put down as my “local address”? I am guessing that my permanent address is my home address. Also, in the “previous educational loans” box, do I just leave it blank if I have no previous loans? Any response is greatly appreciated. Go Bruins!</p>

<p>for your local address, just put down your home address since you actually don’t know an address at which you’ll be living at on-campus (or you could leave it blank.) and yes, leave the “previous educational loans” box blank if you don’t have any previous loans</p>
