Actually, that should have been around 2020 not 2025, but I give Ohio State some leeway, and I am certainly not dreaming… It’s been carefully calculated!! One by one, as the state-of-the-art Hardwares (best facilities, laboratories, classrooms, …etc.) are been completed, TOSU will begin to launch full-scale raid / recruit all the best and brightest Softwares - students and faculties from all the top universities around the world based on Sasaki Master Plan (2012-2022).

10 Year Strategic Plan on Hiring The Best & Brightest Faculties

Oh my!! Third best in the Big Ten in terms of undergrad engineering ACT scores back in 2010 already!! Now is probably around 31 and just imagine the upcoming Common App 2012-2013!! Selectivity Boom!! lol~

P.S. Just notice that new Mechanical Engineering “wing” at Michigan is only about 1/4 the size in terms of sq. ft. when compared to tOSU’s Scott Lab. :p

The only ranking which foretold the* future* in the eyes of 2000+ academics across the nation:
Up-and-Coming Schools Methodology

U.S. News asked the experts who respond to our annual peer assessment survey to identify institutions in their 2012 U.S. News Best Colleges ranking category that are making the most promising and innovative changes in the areas of academics, faculty, and student life. All of the schools that received the most nominations from top college officials in their ranking peer group for being up-and-coming are listed here.

Thank goodness for that! If it did, I would assume that is was indeed slipping WAY WAY down to the level of Ohio State. Remember, when you start low there usually is only one way to go. lol. :-)

Last I check, USC overtook Michigan’s undergrad level awhile back, and continues to make the list, because it is truly on the rise academically alongside Ohio State in the minds of 2000+ academics. :)

Actually Sparkeye7, USC has NOT overtaken Michigan in the minds of 2000+ academicians. Nice try though. USC is still better than tOSU of course. lol :-)

There are only 11 schools that have a higher PA score at USNWR based on the opinions of 2000+ academicians in this country. USC is not one of them.

Here is the listing of schools ranked by PA scoring at USNWR for 2012:

Seems like a listing of the top schools to me.

Fact: Top schools get high PAs because people give them high scores even if they don’t know anything about the school.

I believe Browns president admitted to giving another school a high score even though he knew nothing about it (I’m not sure who it was)
