Help out a spring admit !

this applies to spring admits.

How would I apply to work-study going in for spring? Is previous work experience recommended? (I have a few days worth). Is it too early to apply? What types of jobs are availiable?

Also, I’m even considering applying for a job near the campus (such as at a Gamestop, or as an office clerk, anything non-fast food related, I had a horrific experience working there :[) . Are there some job opportunities around campus?

As for dorms, when do I apply for housing? (Do I get assigned the dorm at orientation?) My mistake was not applying for FPF, which I should have done. But what’s done is done.

to add to my previous post, since I could not find the edit post button :[
the selection of dorms/housing is immense! what are some recommendations for a Nuclear/Biomedical engineering major as to what dorm to choose? and why?

The dorm application is due in October. I recommend Bowles Hall, as it is right across the street from campus and very close to all the College of Chemistry and College of Engineering buildings. Bowles has huge rooms.

Not quite sure on the employment front, sorry.
