Help Out of State Tuition Panic

ASAP Help needed please. I have to pay out of state tuition for whatever reason and I am already accepted into the College of Engineering EE or CS at university of Michigan Ann Arbor for fall. As being a prestigious university, one of the top 10 engineering schools and 2nd top public school with its skyrocketing out of state tuition, is it worth to pay out of state tuition and complete the last 2 years of my undergrad program? Will its reputation and degree pay off in future when I wind up with a lot of financial debt? Iam a transferee from commpunity college with 3.96 GPA and no scholarship offered to me at all. I have second though to go to Rochester Institute of technology and enroll in CS program. Please help me out here and thanks for advise.

I don’t think RIT can compare to Michigan engineering. But you’re not giving us the full financial picture.

Other than the Michigan Grand, government loan that I recieved, the rest I will borrow it from private lender as eductaional loan.
