Help please

This October I’m planning on retaking the SAT. In May I got a 1940 (670m,630r,640w). I’m aiming for a 2200+ and people are saying that you need to study 5-6 hrs a day to achieve this score. If this statement is true, what do I need to do within these hrs to get to my goal?

Bumpppppppppppp

Determine your mistakes and areas of weakness, then read about those things in a chosen prep book and do some practice specifically in those areas. Then again when you take another official practice test, see what kind of mistakes you still make and again work on those.

Usually what people do is:
-study vocabulary: learn a list of words, study roots of the words.
-practice a lot.

Always review your mistakes. It is important to know where your problematic areas are and work on them. Also always mark questions on which you spend more time. Include these to the list of things on which you need to practice more.
