<p>I have a long essay (around 2 and a half pages in word doc) and i did shorten it to like 490 words but I don’t think it come out as well, can i submit the longer version by mail while keeping the shorter version on the common app?
For Columbia app, could I go over their preferredv "500 words " limit?</p>
