<p>alright, I am helping a friend with his applications, and he has procrastinated enough that he is basically starting now. So, who knows of inexpensive-ish colleges with either a Feb 1 or later deadline, or rolling admissions? Preferably in Texas…</p>

<p>well my order for texas schools(excluding Rice):

  1. UT
  2. A&M
    (these two by far)
  3. texas tech?</p>

<p>Yeah UT Austin, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech are the main good public schools in Texas.
They all have a Feb 1 deadline.</p>
