What do you think?

omg I used to live in laveen for like a year what high school do u go 2? but anyway you have a really good resume but i dont know enought about college admissions to give you the odds

I don’t think anyone is a shoo-in for Pomona, but you look like a great candidate, and a good fit. Apply to Pomona and other good fit colleges, and realize that there are a lot a great colleges that will make you happy, in case Pomona doesn’t make you part of their 15% admission.

In, unless your essay is about stalking someone or killing furry woodland animals…

There is truly no way to chance someone at schools as selective as Pomona. On paper you have all the numbers and qualifications. Well done! It will come down to fit, personality, recommendations, and especially your essay.
Best of luck to you!!

“There is truly no way to chance someone at schools as selective as Pomona.”

This is true for most people–but definitely not for people like the OP.

Amazing SATs, GPA, ECs + Hispanic–he’s in =)
