Help Please!

I am currently a junior in a school with a block system [ four hour and a half classes]
My first two years of high school i slacked off because i went to such a rigorous school, and i had a 2.3 gpa. i failed chemistry, and one semester of PNW [pacific northwest history]. I recently changed into the normal high school setting [my old school ended at 10th grade]. Now i am taking Chemistry, Advanced Algebra, AP History/Ap Language[switches every other day], and AVID [ college prep class]
next semester i have

 1. AP US Gov
 2. Pre Calc
 3. AP History/AP Language
 4. Not sure yet…

For my 4th period second semester i can either do a class that is offered [Entrepreneurship] or a self study AP class.
Personally i want to do the AP class, but the other class is with a fun teacher and also good for what i want to major in, also receive 5 college credits for a B or higher which im sure i would get.

So here is my problem, first two years of high school i screwed up, but now my junior and senior year i am making that up with taking AP and also fixing my GPA, i also am in DECA and Key Club, and do community service, and have a job after school. I need to know if after i partially fix my GPA and keep up with extracurricular will that overide my first terrible years of high school. Also, i need help deciding which AP class i would take [ Environmental Science, World History, Psychology, Comparative Government, or European History.
Thanks
