help please!

This situation:
So there’s a student. She…
-gets 2300+ on the SAT
-has a 90 average
-attends a new england boarding school–it’s a good school, but NOT as high up there as andover or exeter
-writes a killer app essay, and the rest of the app is good
-doesn’t have great ECS

1) Does this student have a shot at the Ivies?
2) What about competitive LACs such as Williams?
3) What about good state schools such as UVA and UNC Chapel Hill?

Your answers would be very helpful!

The reason I’m asking is that I’m concerned an overall 90 average isn’t good enough. Why? Because the class only consists of 90 students, and there are a handful of students with higher averages than that. (meaning I’m not ranked number one)

I wouldn’t think they would have much of a shot at the Ivies, considering the lack of extracurriculars and place in the class. But because of the great SAT score, essay, and place in the class, I would think that good state schools and maybe LACs would be possibilities, especially if there was community service and leadership. Look at schools that place more emphasis on the standardized tests.
